- Service Delivery Methods
Services provided by Malmstrom Creative Media LLC are delivered exclusively online; no physical products are delivered.
Depending on the specific type of service purchased, relevant content, documents, materials, or project deliverables may be provided via:

Online meeting or video conferencing tools
Other digital delivery methods agreed upon by both parties
- Service Delivery Timeline
All purchased services will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days following order confirmation and receipt of all necessary information and materials from the client.
The delivery period begins on the first business day after the following two conditions are met:
Payment has been completed and the order confirmed; and
The client has provided all information, content, materials, access credentials, or other necessary items required to complete the service.
For services requiring additional information or approval from the client, the 3-to-7-business-day delivery period will commence upon receipt of all necessary materials.
If additional time is required due to the scope or complexity of a specific service, we will inform the client of the applicable delivery schedule in advance.
- Digital File Delivery
If the service includes design files, advertising assets, marketing materials, or other digital deliverables, we will typically provide them to the client via email, cloud file-sharing links, or other secure online methods within the aforementioned 3-to-7-business-day delivery period.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the provided email address and contact details are accurate and valid, and to promptly check for relevant emails and file-sharing notifications.
- Online Services
For advertising consulting, digital marketing, creative media, promotion, and other online services, delivery will take place via online platforms or digital channels agreed upon by both parties.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard service delivery period is 3 to 7 business days following order confirmation and receipt of all necessary materials from the client.
- Delivery Issues
If you do not receive the relevant service content, documents, or project deliverables within 7 business days of the start of the applicable delivery period, please contact us via our “Contact Us” page.
We will verify the order and service status and assist in resolving any delivery-related issues.
